Hope Counselling

In life, there are times when we find it difficult to cope.

Counselling can help by providing the opportunity to talk in confidence and work together towards a more hopeful future. I seek to offer caring, professional, counselling in a comfortable, confidential setting.

I have experience of working with a range of issues, including: depression, stress, relationship difficulties, spiritual matters, bereavement and loss, abuse and anxiety.

My counselling fees range from £25-£30 per session, with possible reductions sometimes available on a discretionary basis.

To find out more about the counselling that I offer or to arrange a free initial assessment, please feel free to contact me.
