Frontline

Gardening - Frontline Project

Frontline is our project which links up Small Groups from PBC or other groups with local residents who request help. Help is free and time limited and can cover a variety of tasks e.g. gardening, shopping, housework, transport etc but is dependent on the availability and expertise of the volunteers. This year, projects such as gardening, clearing a house and decorating have been carried out for residents in Pembury.

If you know of anyone within Pembury or the wider community that is in need of practical help, please contact our Community Projects Leader, Helen Nevison on 01892 825590.

There is always something that needs doing for people that really needs it - so please do step forward to serve in a Frontline project. Please call Helen for more information

HOPE Action Day - Saturday 15th July 2017

HOPE Pembury Churches Together are holding their HOPE Action Day on Saturday 15th July.  This is an opportunity for the Pembury churches to join together and show God's love through gardening, DIY, decorating and cleaning for those who need some help.  If you would like to be part of the teams, please do let Helen Nevison know by calling 01892 825590 or emailing helen@pemburybaptistchurch.org.  It would also be much appreciated if you know of anyone who would like some help in any of these ways, if you could refer them to Helen in good time, with name, contact and what the work would entail.  We look forward to hearing from you!
