PBC Sunday Mornings

Sunday morning is our busiest service starting at 10am in the Church at Pembury Baptist Church, situated on Romford Road, just off Lower Green Road in Pembury.

Creche is available for babies and toddlers.

Our children's ministry, Promiseland, is for Reception to Year 5 school years.  It begins at 10 am in the full Church service on weeks 1, 2 and 3 in the month with the children leaving during sung worship for their small group in the Church Hall.  On week 4 or 5, depending on which is the last Sunday in the month, we all worship together in a family service.  If 5 weeks in the month, week 4 is as week 1 for the children's ministry.

Deeper is a small group for young people in school Years 6-9.  The young people start worship in the main service at 10am, leaving during the sung worship for the Youth Hut where their small group seeks to lead them deeper into the Word of God.

The morning service includes relevant teaching, excellent music and worship, with space for worship and prayer. Whether you've never been to church or have been attending a church for 40 years, we believe you'll feel welcome at PBC and will hear the Truth spoken.

Once a month, on the last Sunday morning in the month, PBC holds a morning service for all ages where the children and youth are in the service and the service has a more informal feel and includes young people related content.

The services are always relaxed and people are seated in rows. Most people arrive between 9:45 and 9:55 to get their seats and catch up briefly with people.

We have various people who lead and preach at the morning services.  You can listen to recorded sermons by going to the Sermons page, found under the 'Resources' tab on the drop down menu at the top of the page .
